Roger Allan Christian (born December 1, 1935 in Warroad, Minnesota) is a retired ice hockey player. Christian played for the American 1960 Winter Olympics and 1964 Winter Olympics ice hockey teams, winning a gold medal in 1960. He was inducted into the United States Hockey Hall of Fame in 1989. He is also a co-founder of Christian Brother's Hockey Sticks, along with his brother Bill Christian and brother-in-law Hal Bakke. William David Christian (born January 28, 1938 in Warroad, Minnesota) is a retired ice hockey player. He led the United States to a gold medal at the 1960 Winter Olympics. He was inducted into the United States Hockey Hall of Fame in 1984 and the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1998. His son, Dave Christian, was a member of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team that also won a gold medal.

Roger Allan Crozier (March 16, 1942 in Bracebridge, Ontario January 11, 1996) was a Canadian professional hockey goaltender who played fourteen seasons in the National Hockey League for the Detroit Red Wings, Buffalo Sabres and Washington Capitals. Roger Crozier was identified as a special goaltending talent at an early age. He was recruited by his town's senior hockey team as the starting goaltender at age 14. Crozier spent his junior career playing for the St. Catharines Teepees of the Ontario Hockey Association from 1959 to 1962. In 1960, Crozier led his team to the Memorial Cup Championship. He spent most of his first pro season playing in the EPHL for the Syracuse/St. Louis Braves. In 1963 he joined the Detroit Red Wings organization, playing 44 games for their AHL affiliate, the Pittsburgh Hornets.

Melin has also been the head coach of other Swedish ice hockey teams, including Brynäs IF, Linköpings HC, Färjestads BK, and Frölunda HC. In his career as an ice hockey player he played a few games in the Minnesota North Stars of the National Hockey League. He also played several seasons in Elitserien, the top ice hockey league in Sweden for men. As a head coach he received the Årets coach (Coach of the year) award in 2011 for successively coaching Elitserien newcomers AIK to the semifinals in the playoffs that year.
